Dwight L. Wilson Gover II, the beloved son of Dwight and Jill Gover and brother of Matthew Gover, died, July 11, 2010 in Reno.

Little Dwight, 19, was born March 29, 1991 in Reno, Nevada. He attended Pleasant Valley Elementary School, and Damonte Ranch High School, graduating with academic and sports honors. He was attending the University of Nevada Reno at the time of his death.

Dwight was a young man of strong character and commitment. He loved his family, friends, coaches and teachers, all of whom are the better for knowing him. Dwight spent most of his youth involved in athletics where he made many lasting friendships. He shared his love of sports with his younger brother, Matt. He leaves his “baseball” family of coaches, teammates and friends on the field.

Dwight is survived by his loving family including parents: Dwight and Jill Gover: Matthew Gover, brother; Grandparents George and Doris Gover, TX; Bonnie Smith, CA; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. His memory will shine in our hearts forever.
